Additional and Service Variation Costs

During the agreement period, any additional work or changes not included in the original agreement may incur extra costs.

• If changes are required, Webloomers reserves the right to halt work to reassess and adjust costs. You will be informed about the additional costs and details and will receive a notice explaining the changes and expenses. Work will resume only upon your approval.
• Examples of variations may include additional supplies, commercial writing/font styles, sound, video symbolism, and branding materials.
• Webloomers may proceed with urgent changes if necessary to meet deadlines. Additional costs will be billed separately at current hourly rates and may include:
  • Content rearrangement in a suitable format
  • Additional workshop hours or effort
  • Changes in project concepts based on client preferences
  • Extra meetings and travel expenses

Installment or Payment Terms

• During the service period, payments should be made according to the agreed terms and dates. Monthly payments are due 30 days before each payment date.

Consequences of Late Payment:

• To maintain service continuity, clients are asked to adhere to payment terms. If payment is delayed, Webloomers reserves the right to suspend work until payment is fully received.
• If additional costs arise, payments will be adjusted according to new terms and dates.

Disclosure of Information

• Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information of the other party during or after the agreement period.

Content Provided by the Client

• The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, consents, licenses, or approvals for the content provided. The client must ensure that the content provided does not violate any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Retrieval of Archived Data/Documents

• Webloomers will retain electronic data and documents provided by the client during the service. However, we cannot guarantee future retrieval of this data.
• Once the service is completed and payment is received, the client assumes responsibility for the data. If Webloomers retains any data, it can be provided later at an additional cost.

Warranty

• Webloomers does not guarantee specific sales figures, visitor growth, or traffic increases. However, we strive to make your website as active and effective as possible. Webloomers disclaims all express and implied warranties.
